About Ivanec
The town of Ivanec is located in the western part of Varaždin County and occupies the southern part of the microregion called the Upper Basin of the Bednja River. It extends along the northern slopes of the central part of Mount Ivanščica, the belonging area beneath it and part of the Bednja river valley. It occupies an area of 9581 hectares.

Mt. Ivančica is the highest mountain in Croatian Zagorje. The northern slope that descends into the Bednja river valley has a distinctly mountainous character, it is steep and weakly branched. Mt. Ivančica is about 30 km long and up to 9 km wide. It stretches in the east-west direction and is a real type of a mountain chain with the highest peak at 1060 meters..

When you enter the center of Ivančica, drive past the parish church towards Ivančica for about 3 km. After the BVB restaurant, which is on your left, drive another 500 meters and on the right is the Kozjak street sign. The house is on the left after approx. 300 m.
